A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2018 Highest 2671] Victim B (36) is a doctor of C hospital, the victim D(47) is a security guard of C hospital, and the victim E(40) is a nurse of C hospital.

1. On June 18, 2018, at the emergency room of the C Hospital located in Busan, Busan, on or around 06:00, the Defendant: (a) sent a door to the victim B, who was a doctor, on the ground that he did not harm treatment by treating the victim B, by stating that “the alcohol is teared to another hospital with the sex to which the other hospital is sexually over,” but, on the ground that the victim B, who was a doctor, did not cause treatment.

The victim B interfered with the victim B's medical treatment work by force for about 17 minutes, such as not going to the emergency room while putting the dog in a large scale.

2. The Defendant, at the emergency room around 06:20 on the same day, assaulted the victims by breaking the victim’s D’s body at one time and by hand over the victim’s chests E’s chests, on the ground that the Defendant requested the victim to leave the disturbance for the same reasons as in the preceding paragraph.

1. Around 07:50 on July 05, 2018, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the running of a vehicle by: (b) having her front of the I pharmacy located in the Busan Eastdong-gu, Busan; (c) having her front of the ongoing vehicle; and (d) having gone ahead of it.

J On the ground that the Victim K (44 S) who is a Lone Star driver is facing the Defendant, the Defendant was killed, making the said Lone Star passenger car whiteer and damaged the repair cost to be KRW 100,000.

2. In order to resist the Defendant’s act at the same date, time, place, and at the same time as paragraph 1, the injured Defendant drinks the victim’s face from the driver’s seat of the Lone Star passenger car to drink, takes the victim’s right part, takes the victim’s right part, booms the victim’s part, and the victim’s part.
