A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The crime of telephone financial fraud (i.e., fraud) is a “management” that functionally manages subordinate employees, such as inducing, managing, cash delivery, and remittance, by making phone calls to many unspecified victims in various stages, such as inducements, management measures, cash transfer measures, and remittance measures to commit the crime of fraud, and by inducing the victims to send a cash collection (delivery) of the said fraud group to the subordinate organization of the said fraud group, and by inducing them to send it to the subordinate organization of the said fraud group, and then establishing a “management measures” that functionally manage subordinate employees, such as inducing them to commit a specific crime. Accordingly, at around 13:39 on January 30, 2019, F, one of the two ancillarys of the victim E (the age of 49) and G, knowing that overseas travel is inter-regional travel, and H'H's international telephone is "H" for the victim.
