The sentence of punishment against the Defendants shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who is married on November 27, 2009 and has the victim D (n, nine years of age) under the chain, and who was brought a lawsuit of divorce at the Suwon District Court on June 8, 2016, but has been divorced by judicial settlement, and Defendant B is a child-friendly fault of Defendant A.

Defendant

A, as in the above, married with C, while residing in the U.S. Emirates, brought up C with the victim, and around September 2014, after entering Korea with C’s mother and the victim’s friendship E, the victim’s friendship, and raises the victim together with the Defendant A and C, and around May 2015, the Defendant A divorced with C in the U.S. Emirate, while divorced with C in the U.S. Emirate, the victim’s friendship, was brought up separately from the victim’s residence, from June 2015, E, the victim’s friendship, was protected and brought up in the F apartment G in the U.S. and the victim’s friendship, and thereafter, C entered Korea with the victim in the E’s house, and was protected and brought up together with E, while living together with the victim in the E’s house.

Defendant

A on August 10, 2016, at the Suwon District Court, filed an appeal by designating C as a person with parental authority and a custodian with respect to a victim who brought a suit against A and C, and on July 5, 2018, the same appellate court designated A as a person with parental authority and a custodian with respect to the victim, but the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 24, 2018, but the said judgment was refused by the victim's refusal to reside in the two parts of the U.S., and was in progress on October 2, 2018.

Defendant

A When entering the Republic of Korea on July 12, 2019, it is thought that the victim's refusal to reside in the UAE as the victim himself/herself had an impact on C or the victim's assistance E. The victim's assistance in the UAE was actually protecting and fostering the victim.
