A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Nos. 10 and 11 of seized evidence shall be confiscated, and No. 8 shall be the victim C.

Criminal facts

On September 7, 1998, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a short-term of 8 months and for a maximum of 10 months with prison labor for night building intrusion larceny, and on December 24, 2008, the Seoul Eastern District Court was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. (Larceny). On December 22, 2010, the Daejeon District Court was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) in the Hongsung Branch of the Daejeon District Court on December 22, 201 and completed the execution

1. Around 05:10 on December 14, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. (thief) infringed inside the pertinent private teaching institute on the “GAD”) of the victim F’s operation on the 2nd floor in Gwangju-si, via a window where gas pipes are installed, and cut off the total market price of the victim’s property owned by the victim by carrying 16th unit of the computer, 16 unit computer monitors, 1 unit of local air conditioners, 1 unit of audio device, 2 unit of audio conditioners, etc. on H AWD car from that time to February 4, 2014, through a similar method over 13 times, as shown in attached Table 1 of Crimes List.

On December 14, 2013, the Defendant was driving a vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license, and around 05:10 on December 14, 2013, at his own house located in Gwangju City, to “G Driving Schools” located in Gwangju City, at around 05:10 on the same day, the Defendant driven a vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license for all five times from that time until January 8, 2014, as shown in attached Table 2 of Crimes List 2.

3. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall use an automobile registration number plate unlawfully.

Nevertheless, at around 01:00 on February 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) attached a stolen registration number plate (K) in front of the vehicle Lbter II as described in Appendix 1 No. 8; and (b) attached the front of the vehicle from that time to 06:00 on the same day, and (c) attached the vehicle in front of the vehicle.
