A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On January 10, 1997, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a special larceny at the District Court of Jung-gu on March 31, 2004; three years in the same court on March 31, 2004; eight months in the same court on July 31, 2008; one year and six months in the same court on February 18, 2010; one year and six months in the same court on February 18, 2010; and two years in the same court on June 25, 2015; and completed the execution of the sentence.
In other words, on December 14, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on May 27, 2018.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On October 9, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) entered a victim C car parked in B On-Road Parking Lots at the Government-Si around 05:01 on October 9, 201, and stolen property worth KRW 6,105,000,000, in total, owned by the victims, from that time until December 22, 2018, with two cellular phones with galgal gallons in each market price of KRW 1,00,000.
As above, the Defendant was sentenced to punishment twice or more for larceny, and habitually commits larceny within three years after the execution of the sentence is completed.
2.
