A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three months.

Criminal facts

On Nov. 21, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud at the Daegu District Court on Nov. 21, 2008, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on Apr. 29, 2010.

1. Around June 2010, the Defendant: (a) was aware of the fact that the instant car was stolen at the parking lot for the Daegu Northern apartment complex; (b) the EMW 530i car (automobile number plate F) owned by the victim D; and (c) was operated from G to be returned again around March 201, and kept it until the time of returning to G.

2. Around June 7, 2013, the Defendant transferred the stolen goods to L with knowledge of the fact that an apartment parking lot located in Daegu Northern-gu H is located in the apartment site, and the Jinta-H car (K on a car number plate) owned by the stolen victim is a stolen goods.

3. On September 8, 201, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act at a parking lot in the business place of automobile registration located in the Daegu-gu Franchising-gu, Daegu-gu, for the purpose of avoiding crackdown on a stolen J-Ping-Ping car, purchased the said J-Ping-Ping car, which is the same model of the said J-Ping-Ping 205 type, under the name of the denied M, and installed and operated the said K-Ping car at the front and rear number plate in the J-Ping-Ping car.

Accordingly, the defendant used the air registration number plate illegally and exercised the air defense that was illegally used.
