1. The Defendant’s KRW 715,00,000 for the Plaintiff and 6% per annum from September 7, 2017 to March 30, 2018.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On November 21, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for the supply of scoops (hereinafter “instant supply contract”) with the Hanin General Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “ Hanin General Construction”) with the following content.

Article 1 (Application and Validity) of the Supply Contract shall apply to the chips supplied by the Plaintiff to LSMWn Co., Ltd. (hereinafter in this Section referred to as the “Delivery”) after purchasing from the Hanin Integrated Construction.

Article 3 (Term of Contract) The term of contract under this Agreement shall be from November 21, 2016 to May 22, 2017.

(S) Article 4 (Th omitted) 1) Hanin Integrated Construction is to be supplied with the goods to the Plaintiff in accordance with the separate schedule of supply. 3) The Plaintiff may refuse to grant a written approval for a written approval for a single green comprehensive construction to any supplier if there is a reasonable ground for rejection in light of the circumstances of the supplier or the contractual relationship with the supplier.
