1. A distribution schedule prepared on September 15, 2014 by the preceding district court E and F (Dual) with respect to a compulsory auction case of immovables.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. (1) Defendant B is the building indicated in the attached Form (hereinafter “instant building”) between G around April 14, 2008 and G.
() The lease deposit for the third floor is KRW 55,00,00 for the lease deposit, and the lease period is from April 30, 2008 to April 29, 2010 for the lease contract (hereinafter “lease contract”) and was paid in full to G. The Defendant B resided in the third floor of the instant building after April 14, 2008 and paid in full the lease deposit for the first floor of the instant building between G and March 28, 2009, by setting the lease deposit for the first floor of the instant building from March 28, 2009 to March 27, 201 (hereinafter “lease contract”).
After the conclusion of the contract, the difference between G and G was returned to KRW 20,00,000, and around that time, Defendant B resided on the first floor of the instant building. Meanwhile, Defendant B concluded a lease contract from May 18, 2012 to May 17, 2014, but transferred resident registration to another place on March 9, 2010, and thereafter completed the move-in report to the instant building again on June 14, 2010. (2) Defendant C concluded a move-in report to the instant building on April 29, 2012 with G on April 29, 2012, the lease deposit was KRW 35,00,000, and the lease deposit was paid to G for lease deposit after having concluded the lease contract from May 18, 2012 to May 17, 2014, and received the move-in report as the date of the move-in report.
3) On March 16, 201, Defendant D entered into a lease contract with respect to the third floor of the instant building with G during the period from April 24, 2011 to April 24, 2013. The lease contract was concluded between April 24, 2011 and April 24, 2013, and the move-in report was completed on March 17, 201. (B) On the instant building, Defendant D rendered a decision to commence compulsory auction (hereinafter “instant compulsory auction”) under the Jeonju District Court E and F (Dual) with respect to the instant building.
