Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On August 9, 2010, Plaintiff B entered into a lease agreement between the Plaintiffs and L and M with the terms that the lease deposit of the instant real estate 108 is KRW 40 million for the lease deposit, and the term of the lease is from August 21, 2010 to August 20, 201, and continued to reside in the above 108, and obtained a fixed date on the lease agreement after completing the move-in report on June 21, 201.

Plaintiff

C entered into a lease agreement between L and M on January 17, 2010 with the condition that the lease deposit of the instant real estate 207 is KRW 45 million for the lease deposit, the lease term is from February 21, 2010 to February 20, 201.
