1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 22, 2017, the Defendant driven Bone Star Cargo Vehicles without obtaining a driver’s license from outside the parking lot of the Eup/Myeon office of the captain at approximately 150 meters from the outside of the Eup/Myeon office of the captain at around 14:15.
