Punishment of the crime

around June 17, 2012, the Defendants: (a) purchased a building with F in physical color at the center park near the Jung-gu Police Station located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; and (b) delivered a detailed statement of transfer household inspection to a lender as if there is no former lessee, and then acquired the above building as collateral; (c) Defendant B (one-person B office) served as the role of printing the building and lender subject to the crime and setting up the entire criminal plan; (d) Defendant A (one-person “A office”) issued various documents necessary for the loan under the direction of Defendant B and presented the forged documents and received the loan to the lender; and (e) F lent its name at the time of purchase and loan of the building subject to the crime; and (e) induced the lender with Defendant A.

1. Defendant B, in collusion with F on June 25, 2012, purchased 101 unit 101 unit 7 million won in the name of Gu/U.S. in the name of “H real estate” located in Gu/U.S., and the F, upon receipt of a relocation report on the said I unit 101 unit 10 on the same day, issued a statement of inspection by the relocated household through A.. Defendant B had a person whose name is unknown at a place where the same day is unknown, enter the title as “the details of the transfer household inspection” in the document upper part of the document as “the details of the transfer household inspection” in the same manner as the original statement of the transfer household inspection by using a computer, and had the administrative agency column “Seoul-do J.S., Do”, “Seoul-si, 09: householder 49 on June 27, 2012,” “the name of the householder “F, 201 column 20, 205 column 261” and “the first transfer column 25”.

Accordingly, Defendant B is the defendant B.
