A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of the B Scarman under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents.

2. Around 08:20 on May 14, 2019, the Defendant driven B Sknife under the influence of alcohol by 0.112% in a section of about 180km from the Cheongcheon-ro, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongbuk-do to the right-pass route 25-223 in Yang-si.
