Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of the C Scar Tractor and a Tracler connected thereto.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the injury of brain injury due to occupational negligence as above, and as a result, the Defendant caused the death of the victim at the Gyeongju-dong University Hospital located in Jinju-si around 03:11 on the same day.
