Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 16, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a crime of obstructing the performance of official duties in Seoul Southern District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 14, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence in Seoul Southern District Court on April 25, 2017.

On October 11, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 06:30 on October 11, 2017, the Defendant: (b) on a sand market 782 distance operated by the victim B (55 years of age) from the Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City (4 Dong-gu); (c) on a taxi operated by the victim B (5 years of age), was boarding the taxi for business use to be a passenger; (d) reported a large amount of money to the destination; and (e) assaulted the victim’s right shoulder while driving the taxi on a sudden basis, such as having a large amount of money, once set off, and a large number of car drivers.
