Punishment of the crime

1. 정보통신망이용촉진및정보보호등에관한법률위반 피고인은 2012. 6. 24. 22:39경 서울 동대문구 B에 있는 피고인의 집에서 휴대전화를 이용하여 피해자 C에게 “씨발, 개 호로새끼야!! 너를 포함해 내가 다 갈기갈기 찢어죽여버릴거다!!!”라는 내용의 문자메시지를 보낸 것을 비롯하여 별지 범죄일람표 기재와 같이 그 때부터 2014. 4. 12.경까지 사이에 총 25회에 걸쳐 위와 같은 방법으로 공포심이나 불안감을 유발하는 문언ㆍ화상을 반복적으로 보내 피해자에게 도달하게 하였다.

2. Intimidation;
