Punishment of the crime

1. On October 1, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Drivers, Violence, etc.) used by the victim D (the age of 52) on the street in front of the C convenience store located in Jeju-si B on the back seat of E-si and without any justifiable reason, used the shoulder of the victim who is running a taxi on a drinking-house on several occasions and runs the right side.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the driver of a vehicle in operation.

2. 공무집행방해 피고인은 2019. 10. 1. 23:55경 제주시 G에서 위 제1항과 같이 ‘택시기사를 폭행한다.’라는 112 신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 제주동부경찰서 H지구대 소속 순경 I과 경위 J이 인적사항 등을 확인하려고 하자 이에 불만을 품고 “니가 뭔데, 뭘 물어보냐 개 쌍노무 새끼”라고 소리치며 손톱으로 순경 I의 손등을 할퀴고, 이를 제지하는 경위 J에게 “이 미친새끼 죽여버린다! 확 꺼져! 씨발노무새끼”라며 손으로 경위 J의 가슴을 밀치고 때렸다.
