A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 22:50 on June 23, 2019, the Defendant violated the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (driving of Drivers) (hereinafter referred to as the “Aggravated Punishment, etc.”) was able to board the back seat of the Dostststy taxi vehicle driven by the victim C (33 years of age) in front of Incheon Gyeyang-gu and front of the road, and stopped while under the influence of alcohol, and the Defendant was able to take the victim’s head on one hand at one time after breathing the victim’s knick seat.

3. 공무집행방해 피고인은 2019. 6. 23. 23:00경 제1항 기재 장소에서 신고를 받고 출동한 인천계양경찰서 E지구대 소속 경찰공무원인 경위 F, 순경 G으로부터 하차를 요구받자 화가 나 위 차량에서 내려서 위 G의 얼굴을 주먹으로 때린 후 발로 위 G의 무릎과 허벅지 등을 3회 걷어차고, 이를 말리는 위 F의 정강이 부분을 발로 수 회 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers related to criminal investigation.
