The nonobviousness of the instant patent invention constitutes an application for patent invalidation by an unentitled person, and the instant patent invention constitutes an application for patent invalidation by an unentitled person.” The instant patent invalidation trial is invalidated by the Intellectual Property Tribunal from 2016 to 236.21.21.

B.
