A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From the beginning of October 2017, the Defendant inflicted a bodily injury or assault as follows, as the space between the Defendant and the Victim C (V, 36 years of age) was drafted with the Defendant.
1. On January 1, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim by drinking alcohol three times on the ground that the victim communicates with another male, while drinking alcohol together with the victim at his/her residence in Jongno-gu Seoul.
2. On January 1, 2018, the special assault Defendant: (a) made a assault to the victim by carrying dangerous things, such as the victim’s buckbucks, in the Defendant’s residence located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, with the length of 30 cm packer, which is a dangerous object that had been suspected that the victim had other male, in his/her hand; and (b) as he/she gets up with the victim, he/she saws the victim’s chest by drinking; and (c) by carrying with him/her the victim’s buckbucks.
3. On February 28, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim in such a way as to 17-gil-ro 46, Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, on the ground that the victim was flicking with the Defendant while drinking alcohol at the main point, on the ground that the victim was flicking and flicking in the face while drinking alcohol at the main point, and was flicking in the face, and was flicking the victim’
4.
