Purport of claim and appeal

The grounds for appeal by the Defendants cited in the judgment of the court of first instance are not different from the allegations by the court of first instance, and according to the evidence duly admitted and investigated by the court of first instance, the fact-finding and judgment by the court of first instance are recognized as legitimate ( although Defendant D attached to the appellate brief, it is difficult to believe that the above Defendant stated the contents of F and G in the appellate brief, and the statement by Defendant B is inconsistent with the assertion by Defendant D). Accordingly, the reasons for the court’s explanation on this case are identical to the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, they are cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
