At around 08:30 on February 9, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed assault by Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Jongno-ro 3, on the ground that the victim B (n, 22 years of age) was blocking the passage of the subway station 3 lines; (b) was sealed the victim by hand on the ground that the victim B (n, 22 years of age) was obstructed; (c) the victim was dint by the newspaper cited by the Defendant; (d) the head of the victim was flick at one time; and (d) when the victim’s head was boomed by hand at one time.
