Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has worked as the director of the public disclosure division at H, a member-gu G located in Ansan-si.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On July 16, 2010, the Defendant: (a) around 16, 2010, the minutes of the board of directors’ meeting held in the meeting room of the above corporation H office on July 16, 2010, around 14:00 of the same month; (b) around 16, 200, at the above corporation H office, the Defendant: (c) had no authority or qualification to prepare the minutes of the board of directors’ meetings held in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seoul Metropolitan Government Seoul; (d) had been contacted by telephone; and (e) had agreed by four directors to calculate the case of dismissal of the representative director of the above corporation, who is the representative director of the above corporation; and (e) had two opposing directors, requested the necessity of removal of the representative director by asking for responsibility for the financial crisis, etc. caused by the business loss of the energy corporation; (e) has consented by four directors; (e) has no authority to present opinions; (g) has made the minutes of the board of directors’ meetings with the signature or seal affixed of the representative director; and (iii) has made the resolution.

As a result, the Defendant forged a copy of the meeting minutes of the board of directors in the name of K, etc., which is a private document of certification of facts.

B. The Defendant, at around 10:30 on July 21, 201, indicated in the K’s name.
