A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Criminal facts

From October 15, 2009 to October 201, the Defendant served as the representative director of the “C Welfare Foundation”, a social welfare foundation established for the purpose of operating and operating the medical welfare for the aged from October 15, 201, and has overall control over the operation, fund management, etc. of the said foundation.

1.
