A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a foreign worker of the nationality of Sri Lanka.

1. On April 30, 201, at around 23:10 on April 30, 201, the Defendant: (a) reported the victim E (nivers, women, and 14 years old) home home in front of the Dart in Kimhae-si C; (b) took the victim a restaurant in the vicinity of the victim by strongly attracting the victim’s shoulder; and (c) taken the victim into the said restaurant and the F Park again taken the cell phone back to the victim so that the victim does not want any help; and (d) taken the victim, who is a minor, more than 20 minutes of the minor, by taking the cell phone away from the cell phone so that the victim does not want any help.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, committed an indecent act by force against the victim, who is a child or juvenile, by making the victim drink with a breath, raising his/her breath, and raising his/her hand on a nearby F Park, bringing his/her hand on the victim, and raising his/her hand on the shoulder and bringing him/her on the view of the victim.

3. At around 21:00 on February 25, 2013, the Defendant found one of the examination reflectors containing cash 51,000 won and two copies of the Agricultural Cooperative Cze Card, one copy of the National Bank Cze Card, one driver’s license, etc., in front of the mountain basin located in Ansan-gu Seoul Central Group.

The Defendant did not follow necessary procedures such as returning the goods acquired as above to the victim, and embezzled the goods that he/she had on his/her own mind and left the possession of the victim.

4.(a)

On 26, 200:26 around 00:26, the Defendant: (a) presented to his own victim a fym card of G in the name of the victim I, as if he had completed the G fym card at the J K-syming room operated by Ansan-si, Ansan-si; (b) received liquor equivalent to KRW 128,000 at the market price; and (c) used the lost credit card;

B. At around 02:24 on the same day, the Defendant presented to the victim the Nong Dok Card operated by the Victim L in Singu, Singu, with the foregoing method, the Defendant received alcoholic beverages worth KRW 290,000 at the market price.
