Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 25, 2018, around 22:40 on July 25, 2018, the Defendant destroyed the pentle of the entrance of the rest area of the residents installed and managed by the head of the Si/Gun/Gu in Busan Metropolitan City on the ground that the conversation with his/her mother in the rest area in front of the city in Suwon-gu B, Busan, was made, and that there was a fire.
