1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 39,032,510 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from February 1, 2014 to November 10, 2015; and (b) for the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff established for the purpose of gas station business from around 201 to December 2013, 201, supplied oil to the Defendant (C digging machines and D digging machines) who is engaged in the construction machinery rental business, and agreed to receive the payment by the end of the following month after settling the last day of each month.

In addition, the settlement of oil price was made by the method that the plaintiff issued electronic tax invoices on the last day of the following month on the basis of the fact that the plaintiff paid oil to the cirls owned by the defendant.
