Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 6, 2014, at around 23:42, the Defendant driven approximately 4 km in front of the Song-dong Police Station in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, on a condition that he/she performed alcohol with a blood alcohol level of 0.065%.
