Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On July 6, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum of one year and six months and one year and six months for a short term under the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Incheon District Court’s Branch; on April 10, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime at the Seoul Northern District Court’s Net Branch on November 18, 2010; on December 2, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to three years for imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime; on February 8, 2017, the Seoul Northern District Court was sentenced to one year and six months for the same crime; and on February 1, 2018, the enforcement of the sentence was terminated by the prison on June 8, 2019.
【Criminal Facts】
1. At around 10:00 on June 16, 2019, the Defendant entering a building in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, the Defendant: (a) entered a building room and attempted to steals goods, such as Nopt North Korea, which were located in the building room; (b) but did not enter the building with a numberk; (c) went to the E, a sexual policeer of the above sexual party, as if he had been sexual intercourseed in another sexual party; (d) opened the school; (e) opened the school; (e) reported that E takes the number key of the building room; (e) opened the building room; (e) opened the building room; (e) opened the building room; and (g) opened the building room; and (e) opened the building room; (e) removed the password, which was discovered in advance; and (e) intruded into the road managed by the victim, after cancelling the correction device of the entrance; and (e) intruded into the building room.
