On April 1, 2018, the Defendant driven Bpcom car with approximately KRW 1 0.250% alcohol content among blood while under the influence of alcohol from around 1km section from around 26m to around 243 9m in Ansan-dong, Ansan-dong, Seoul-ro, a member of Ansan-si, to the 26m-dong, Ansan-do, the same Gu.
