A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a B-low-income motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 700 meters in a section of approximately 0.10% in alcohol while under the influence of alcohol content from the 700 meters away from the road near the west-gu Do, Southern-do, Chungcheongnam-do to the upper C-do, in the same Gu-dong.
