A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the defendant shall be sentenced to the above punishment for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is serving as a scientific and art teacher at the C Elementary School located in Jeonnam-gun, Seoul, and the victim D (ma, 12 years of age), victim E (ma, 12 years of age), victim F (ma, 12 years of age), victim G (ma, 12 years of age), victim H (ma, 12 years of age), victim I (n, 13 years of age), victim J (n, 12 years of age), victim K (n, 12 years of age), victim K (ma, 12 years of age) is a student at C elementary school.

1. The point of physical abuse;

A. From Apr. 2019 to May 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim, etc. two times at C Elementary School Science Class, on the ground that he/she was absent from the victim D while taking lessons at C Elementary School Science Class, and on the ground that he/she was in operation of lessons, the Defendant assaulted the victim, etc. on two occasions.

B. On May 2019, the Defendant asked students who are engaged in school lessons at the Seocho Elementary School Science Class C, and asked them questions about “ how much hot water would be put in a pet disease,” and the victim E asked them “I need not have to go further.” Accordingly, the Defendant sent the victim at one time on the floor of hand.

C. On May 2019, the Defendant: (a) was in a middle school science classroom at C Elementary School on the ground that the Defendant left the victim D while running a school, and (b) was at the time of the victim’s Da and hand. D.

On May 2019, the Defendant committed assaulting the victim’s head on the side of the floor of the lower court, on the ground that the victim D was slicker and used for scientific hours. The Defendant used the victim’s head on the side of the floor.

E. On May 2019, the Defendant submitted art classes at C Elementary School Science Class around 2019, and the Victim F was submitted in consideration of the picture, and the Defendant was able to see the Victim F with the hand floor at two times.
