All of the public prosecutions against the Defendants are dismissed.

1. Summary of the facts charged

A. At around 00:50 on June 29, 2014, Defendant A, on the street in front of the 79 Mayang-gu, Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu, 2014, reported the victim B to take a bath to a taxi engineer who is passing through the victim B, and acted without a brucation, and assaulted the victim’s head and face.
