When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the chairman of the Goyang-gu apartment complex B five apartment complexes, and C was the chairman of the former election management of the five complexes.

On December 24, 2016, at around 16:00, the Defendant: (a) sent 531 units of the above apartment building on the 1st floor; (b) cut off 30 postal items, which are owned by the victims and non-standing residents, related to the loss of the representative’s qualification, which was prepared by C and placed in each household unit; and (c) was stolen.
