1. As to Plaintiff A’s KRW 163,869,324, Plaintiff B’s KRW 106,579,549, and each of the said money from October 28, 2015.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Party D’s status as the party (hereinafter “the deceased”) is a person who was treated and administered by the F Hospital located in Nam-gu, Busan, which is operated by the Defendant, and the Plaintiff A is the deceased’s spouse, and the Plaintiff B is the deceased’s children.
B.
