A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 12, 2017, the Defendant sentenced six months to imprisonment with labor at the Suwon District Court for the crime of interference with business, and completed the execution of the above punishment on October 9, 2017.

1. Damage to property;

A. On February 26, 2018, the Defendant destroyed the entrance equivalent to KRW 93,000 in the market price owned by the victim by putting the convenience store entrance in hand and destroying the part of the c operation of the victim C, which was under the influence of alcohol, around 17:57 on February 26, 2018.

B. On March 2, 2018, the Defendant, at around 10:00 on March 2, 2018, destroyed a car even in the market price of the victim H owned by the Defendant, where he/she was parked in the said place without any justifiable reason, by walking the left even door of GDama Corp, which was under the influence of alcohol before EF, at Sinsi-si, at the time of Sinsi-si, without any reason.

C. On April 4, 2018, around 02:0 on April 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) removed, in his/her hand, a household that was installed prior to the moving-in from the victim K, the main owner of the house, who was requested by the Defendant to leave the said residence in the Defendant’s residence; (b) removed, and had him/her take charge of, the household that was installed prior to the moving-in; (c) around 06:0 on the same day, the Defendant removed, in his/her hand, whether the gas was a gas car or a scke at the same place; and (d) removed, and took part in

As a result, the Defendant damaged a household with a value of KRW 100,000,000, the market price of KRW 120,000,000, and the market price of KRW 400,00.

2. Interference with business;

가. 2018. 3. 1. 21:15경 범행 피고인은 2018. 3. 1. 21:15경 시흥시 B에 있는 피해자 L가 근무하는 D에서 술을 사려고 하였으나 피해자로부터 거절당하자 화가 나 “씨발년, 어린년이 좃나 건방지네, 죽여버릴꺼다, 좀만 기다려라.”라고 욕설을 하는 등 소란을 피워 그곳에 있던 손님들을 나가게 하여 약 10분 동안 위력으로써 피해자의 편의점 영업 업무를 방해하였다.
