A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On September 30, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year for the crime of aiding and abetting fraud by the Seoul Northern District Court, and on August 19, 2017, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison.

1. A crime committed on July 18, 2018;

A. On July 18, 2018, around 02:00, the Defendant came to the residence of the victim C located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, and brought about a 30,000 won amount of money in cash of the victim’s 30,000 won, which was corrected by using the strings on the part of the victim, with his knowledge that the victim was not able to talk with himself, and by using the strings on the part of the victim’s out-of-door strings, the Defendant got back the entrance door at the place where the victim was corrected by using the strings on the strings.

Accordingly, the Defendant, at night, stolen the property of the victim by damaging the door, the wall, and a part of the structure and infringing on the residence.

B. The Defendant entered the victim’s residence as referred to in the preceding paragraph, and followed up to 400,000 won of the market value, 1 television 1,000 won of the market value, 1,000 won of the market value, 1,000 won of the 70,000 won of the market value, and 1,000 won of the 80,000,000 won of the market value, led to the Defendant’s incidental repair costs.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property.

2. A crime committed on July 21, 2018;

A. On July 21, 2018, between around 00:54 and around 01:55, the Defendant was living in the said victim’s residence, and the victim was released from the victim’s house through an open entrance in the place where the gap was opened three times.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.

B. The Defendant entered the victim’s residence as referred to in the preceding paragraph, and opened a cooling house in which the victim’s market price is equivalent to KRW 800,000,000 after a year, and then sealed it, and broken down cosmetics equivalent to KRW 300,000 at the market price on the inside cremation.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property.
