1. All appeals filed by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) against the principal lawsuit, and appeals filed by the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) against the principal lawsuit and the counterclaim.

The grounds for appeal by the plaintiff and the defendant to the court of first instance are not significantly different from the allegations in the court of first instance, and even if all the evidence submitted from the court of first instance are examined, the fact-finding and judgment in the court of first instance are recognized as legitimate.

Therefore, the reasoning of this court’s judgment is identical to the ground of the judgment of the first instance, except where the first to the second to the second to the second to the “ June 1, 2007” of the first to the “ June 12, 2007,” and thus, this court’s judgment is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and all appeals against the plaintiff's principal lawsuit and the defendant's principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
