1. At around 09:00 on May 15, 2012, in order to expand access roads existing in Gwangju Dong-gu, Gwangju metropolitan area, development activities were conducted by cutting the height of 0.5 m-2m and 120m in length and cutting the volume of 0.5m-2m and 120m in length to change the form of land;

2. Mountainous districts were diverted without obtaining permission from the competent authorities, as described in paragraph (1).
