Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to divert a mountainous district shall obtain permission for conversion of a mountainous district from the competent authority by determining the purpose thereof.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the competent authority on October 2014, cut the soil of approximately 388 square meters in Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, and Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, for about 10 days, and cut the soil of about 388 square meters in his/her own possession, and used it to fill the ground, and cut down one pine tree that was planted at the same time and converted the use of mountainous district.
