A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 13, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 4 million from the Jung-gu District Court on May 13, 2008 as well as a summary order of KRW 2 million from the Seoul Central District Court on November 19, 2012 as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the duty of driving Grand Forces B.

On May 20, 2015, the Defendant driven the above vehicle under the influence of alcohol of 0.121% of blood alcohol concentration around 21:15, and driven the front road of the Dgas charging station in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government at a speed of about 40 km per hour between the three-lanes in the direction of the new large-scale Tri-distance station in the direction of the new large-scale Tri-distance station.
