Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the owner of Bone Star 3 Doz.

No person shall operate any automobile other than those as prescribed by the Presidential Decree, on which the mandatory insurance is not subscribed, on roads.

Nevertheless,

1. On December 14, 2010, at around 14:35, the Defendant operated the said vehicle on the front road of the Busan Slockdong, Busan Metropolitan City Clocks (Clocks).

2. On January 8, 201, around 16:04, the Defendant operated the said vehicle on the roads front of the veterans' station in the Seodong-gu, Busan.

3. Around 15:00 on July 26, 201, the Defendant operated the said vehicle on the road front of the Busan trigram Lawdong, Busan.

4. On November 16, 201, the Defendant operated the said vehicle on the roads on the luminous Hadang Hadung, around 14:12.

5. On December 12, 201, the Defendant operated the said vehicle at the entrance of the Southern-dong, Busan-dong, Taenam-do, Busan-do, at around 14:48.

6. On May 25, 2012, around 09:42, the Defendant operated the said vehicle on the front road of 600-5 cents in Busan, Daegu, Daegu, Busan, and 106.

7. On June 18, 2012, around 12:47, the Defendant operated the said vehicle on the front road of Suwon-gu, Busan, Suwon-gu, Busan, 102.

8. On September 23, 2012, around 00:34, the Defendant operated the said vehicle on the 100-meter road of the camping bridge in Busan-dong, Busan-dong.

9. On December 13, 2012, around 13:47, the Defendant operated the said vehicle on the front road of Suwon-gu, Busan, Suwon-gu, Busan, 102.

10. Around 03:10 on January 14, 2013, the Defendant operated the said vehicle on the roads adjacent to the Busan High-dong Busan High-dong, Daegu High-dong, Busan High-Tech.

11. At around 01:50 on March 8, 2013, the Defendant operated the said vehicle on the road in front of the 5 Dong forest building in Busan Metropolitan City.

Accordingly, the defendant operated the above automobile on the road which was not covered by mandatory insurance.
