A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who serves as a secretary in the “E” located on the fourth floor of the D Building in Young-gu, Young-gu.

1. On January 24, 2018, the Defendant intruded into a female toilet with the fourth floor of the aforesaid building, which is managed by a person who causes damage to his name, and entered the said toilet. The Defendant, from around 13, 2017 to January 24, 2018, entered into the above toilet for the purpose of photographing the body parts of the F, which is viewed as melting the til 15th floor of the said toilet for the purpose of photographing the body parts of the above F, as described in the list of crimes, and entered into a female toilet with the purpose of photographing the victim’s body parts 21 times in total, from around 13, 2017 to around 24, 2018, to around 15, 2000 the victim’s body parts, such as the victim’s cell jum for the purpose of photographing the victim’s body parts as described in the separate list of crimes, and then entered the victim’s cell 1 to the left part of the bar 2.

As a result, the defendant taken the body of another person, who could cause sexual humiliation or shame, using a camera or other similar mechanism, against his will.
