A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a driver of a rocketing car.

On August 11, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car at a speed of 0.141% with alcohol concentration of 0.141% on blood alcohol level around August 22, 2015, and led to the third-lane road in front of the net basin in the steering valley at the Ycheon-si, along with the one-lane road, to proceed at a low-speed speed from the etroke basin to the etrode of the instant road.
