A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On March 2019, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase a psychotropic drug, a psychotropic drug, from a person under whose name the Defendant came to know through a smartphone hosting display; and (b) decided to purchase the psychotropic drug, a psychotropic drug, (c).

Accordingly, on March 2019, the Defendant concealed KRW 300,000 from a grass field near C Station in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu, 2019, and caused the person who was unaware of the name to find it. The Defendant collected approximately KRW 0.5g of philophones, which was hidden in the building near C Station.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On March 2019, the Defendant injectedd approximately 0.1g of philophones into a fluenculous telephone at the first half of the first half of the year, Ulsan-gu, U.S., and then administered them on the part of the blood body of the arms.

B. On April 2019, the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g of philopon in the D Building E of Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, a single-use injection machine, together with aquatic water, and administered them by means of injection on the part of the Hepopon.
