Criminal facts
1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;
A. On February 3, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00, at any conference room located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju; (b) provided children and juveniles E (V, 16 years of age) with KRW 70,00 and had sexual intercourse with E to purchase the sex of children and juveniles.
B. On February 23, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00, at the “Felel” room in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju; (b) provided children and juveniles with KRW 100,000 to the above E and had sexual intercourse with E to purchase the sex of children and juveniles.
2.
