Punishment of the crime

On February 5, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of six months of imprisonment for special larceny in the Daejeon District Court Hongsung Branch on February 5, 2018, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 13, 2018.

Criminal facts

1. On September 11, 2017, from around 01:10 on September 11, 201 to 01:15 on the same day, the Defendant attempted to larceny of a structure at night, opened a door on the part of the victim D (E) located in Boan-si C, which was not locked to the rear of the building, and colors of stolen objects, but failed to find it. Thus, the Defendant did not commit an attempted crime.

2. At night, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the “G” restaurant operated by the victim F, which is adjacent to the above camping-gu practice site at the above time; and (b) was cut off by inserting the entrance connected to the above camping-gu practice site; and (c) then, placed the victim’s market value in a bank prepared in advance to be 3 km, 3 km, and 15 kg of rice in the market value of the victim’s possession.

On August 3, 2018, at night, the Defendant: (a) committed theft of a structure at night; (b) around August 3, 2018, at around 00:30 on August 3, 2018, the Defendant: (c) went into the “J” restaurant in the operation of the Victim I, Hah-si; and (d) committed theft with rice, half-way, 1 wing paper, and three bottles of drinking water, which were the victim’s possession by intrusion through the open cover window.

2. On August 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed larceny of structures at night, around August 30, 2018, with the “M” convenience points for the operation of the Victim L, which is located in K at Boan-si around 01:00, around August 30, 2018; (b) when the victim intrudes into the victim’s windows, which are opened at a convenience store behind the rest of the victim, and stored the cash in the calculation unit; and (c) committed theft with approximately KRW 600,000,000 in cash, which is the victim’s possession, at a convenience store, approximately KRW 2,00,00,000,

3. On September 8, 2018, the Defendant for theft of a structure intrusion at night around September 8, 2018: (a) came to the convenience point of “M” as indicated in paragraph (2) of the said paragraph of the Victim L, located in Bosa-si, Bosa-si on September 8, 2018, and became a corrected warehouse window behind the victim’s retirement at a convenience point.
