A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

[2017 Highest 2210] The Defendant used the key to clothes prepared in advance by the victims using the key to clothes in a stop room or water boom, etc., which the victims take a bath while taking a bath, and used that change the key to clothes of the victims, and used that change it to the key to clothes of the victims.

1. On January 27, 2017, around 10:30, the Defendant: (a) replaced the “D” 24:00 Sarina, which was located in P, 171 in P, with the victim E’s cellular phone rink, in which the victim E takes a bath; and (b) replaced the “275 times” key in which the victim E prepares for the “171” key; and (c) stolen the said victim by holding the clothes “171 times” and holding the clothes in cash 270,000 won.

In addition, the Defendant stolen the total of KRW 520,00,000 from January 27, 2017 to February 5, 2017, as stated in the list of crimes in the attached Form.

2. From June 18, 2017, around 10:25, the Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) changed the key of the “187 clothes” which the victim F was placed in the three pages from the “D” 24:00 Sarina on June 18, 2017 to the key of the “265 clothes” which the Defendant possessed; (b) then, using the key of the said victim’s “187 clothes”, the Defendant opened the clothes to the employees and attempted to capture the victim’s things.

[2017 Highest 2960] The Defendant was able to borrow money from the victim G (57 tax) who was known to ordinary people as a result of the lack of living costs on April 2016, for fraud, such as litigation costs.

On April 26, 2016, the Defendant rendered a trial with the victim who was aware of his knowledge in the vehicle near the Goyangyang-gu High School in the Goyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu. “The assets of the Defendant engaged in the same kind of business with his/her friendship seven billion won.”

3 billion won can be found, but the cost of trial, such as lawyer's fee, is needed.
