A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
"2016 Highest 3398"
1. On March 19, 2016, the Defendant came to a parking lot in the building managed by the victim D (27 years old) of the victim D (27 years old) of the 1st floor in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, and had been aware that it was a parking lot which was managed by the manager several times prior to that, even though he knows that it was a parking lot which was carried out by the manager, it has been corrected in a usual manner. 2. On April 22, 2016, at around 11:00 on April 22, 2016, the Defendant changed the key to toilets to the victim F (the age of 62) who manages the building, but did not know, the Defendant continued to interfere with the management of the victim’s building for about 20 years, i.e., “finite, finite, finite, finite, finite, finite, finite, finite, finite, finite, finite, finite, and finite, and reported the Si expenses.” The Defendant interfered with the management of the victim’s building.

At around 11:00 on April 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) had been divingd in the parking lot of the Busan Jin-gu Busan metropolitan building; (b) had the victim H (78 years of age) who manages the said building and the parking lot broken down; and (c) had the victim expressed the said victim’s desire to “dle, hack,” and had the vehicle entering the parking lot, and had the victim interfered with the victim’s parking lot management work for about 10 minutes by leaving the said building and the parking lot.
