A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around October 201, the Defendant, at the end of the pertinent year, exercised a power to prevent customers, who continued to enter the store, from entering the store, by talking with the eart operated by the victim D in the Chungcheongnam-gun of Chungcheongnam-gu, and intending to receive a credit by drinking alcohol in the Emart, which is administered by the victim D, and by finding it difficult to receive a credit.

From the end of August 2012, the Defendant interfered with the business of five victims by the aforementioned method over a total of 20 times, as shown in the list of crimes (1) in attached Form 1.

2. Around the end of November 201, the Defendant expressed a bath for one-time period of time to the victim G, “I am off whether I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off.”

From that time until July 28, 2012, the Defendant threatened four victims over a total of 16 times, as shown in the List of Offenses (2).

3. On July 28, 2012, around 05:30, the Defendant damaged the property amounting to KRW 170,000 at the market price by putting the victim I attend the police station and making a statement of the relevant witness at the 301 parking lot, the Defendant: (a) was aware of the fact that the victim I appeared in the police station; (b) was flading the back glass of the JM car, which is the victim’s vehicle; and (c) flading the back glass of the JM car.

4. On August 10, 2012, the Defendant reported to the police station as follows: “Around 03:25, the Defendant reported the Defendant’s H apartment 301 and 412 of the Defendant’s H apartment in Chungcheongbuk F, “I have come to K at his house. I have come to the same time.”
