A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

피고인은 2018. 8. 4. 03:50 경 서울 영등포구 C 빌딩 1 층에 있는 피해자 D가 운영하는 'E' 부식 창고에 침입하여 피해자가 그 곳에 설치해 놓은 CCTV 카메라를 주위 물건 등으로 쳐 꺾은 다음, 잠겨 있던 냉장고 밑을 잡아당겨 생기는 틈 사이로 손을 집어넣어 피해자 소유인 시가 7,000원 상당의 불닭 발 4 봉지, 시가 2,000원 상당의 사 누끼 우동 6 봉지, 시가 7,000원 상당의 어묵 4 봉지, 시가 20,000원 상당의 스위트 포테이토 1 봉지, 시가 6,000원 상당의 부산 어묵 1 봉지, 시가 12,000원 상당의 쌀 떡볶이 1 봉지, 시가 10,000원 상당의 해 물탕 1 봉지, 시가 6,500원 상당의 짝 태 2 봉지 등 시가 합계 121,000원 상당의 부식 자재를 가지고 간 것을 비롯하여 별지 범죄 일람표 기재와 같이 총 2회에 걸쳐 합계 177,000원 상당의 재물을 위와 같은 방법으로 절취하였다.
